View Interview Schedule

After applicants are scheduled for an interview, you can manage them from the Schedule View, including options to edit or delete their schedule.

Note : 
  1. To view the Interview Schedule need to have Permission : Interview > Interview Schedule >> View : Yes

Now , Using the side bar menu click the Recruitment > click Schedule.

This page is the Manage Interview Schedule section of a recruitment system, where users can view and manage scheduled interviews. Here’s a breakdown of its key elements:

  1. +Add Button : Schedule a Interview.
  2. Date Range : Indicates the period for which scheduled interview are being displayed.
  3. Search Function : Search Bar to quickly find relevant interviews.  
  4. Interview Date : Displays the scheduled date and time of the interview along with the time zone.
  5. Applicant : Displays the name and email of the applicant.
  6. Interviewer : Displays the name and email of the interviewer who is assigned to conduct the interview.
  7. Rating : Displays the Rating given to the applicant based on their qualification / interview performance.
  8. Status : Indicates the current status of the interview. The possible status include.
    1. : Interview has been Scheduled but yet not interviewed.
    2. : Applicant has passed the interview and is approved for the onboarding process.
    3. : Applicant did not pass the interview process.
  9. Action : Action column include various icon for managing interview schedule:
    1. (Edit): To edit the Interview Schedule Details.
    2. (View): Icon to view the applicant details. This will redirect you to Manage Applicant Page.
    3. (View Result): To view the interview result.
    4. (Delete): To delete the interview schedule
