Template header and footer format

While creating templates we have to select the header format which are available in different options

L,T+T -> It consist of 1/3 left logo and 2/3 right text

T+T,L -> It consist of 2/3 left text and 1/3 right logo

0,T+T -> In the left there will be blank (No logo) and 2/3 right text

T+T,0 -> In the left there is 2/3 left text and In the right there will be blank(No Logo)

1+1,1 -> left text box is 2/3 and the right text box is 1/3

1,1+1 -> Right side text box is 2/3 and left side textbox is 1/3

1+1,0 -> right side is blank and left side is 2/3 text

0,1+1 -> left side is blank and right side is 2/3 text
