Permissions are of three types
Primary : These are the ones that control all permission in their section. It needs to be checked, then only the secondary ones are activated. Secondary ones cannot be selected, if primary ones are not selected.
Secondary : These are dependent on primary and provide additional access.
Inherited: These are permissions that are inherited in different sections.
