In Provisoft, you can cancel shifts as long as they haven't been approved or invoiced. Additionally, when cancelling a shift, you have the option to either charge the client or not charge the client.
Cancelling a Shift
To Cancel a shift, Click once on the shift you wish to cancel. This will bring up a set of action buttons in the bottom right corner of your screen.
From the list of buttons, click on Cancel to initiate the cancellation process.
Clicking on this Button, a Popup will appear with the list of cancellation reason.

Select a reason, where you want to charge client or not charge client, pay staff or not pay staff. Along with selecting a reason, you will be able to specify:

Whether you want to charge or not charge the client

Whether you want to pay or not pay the staff
After selecting the reason, click Confirm to finalize the cancellation.
