Schedule Board Interface
The Schedule Board is an essential tool for managing and organizing employee work schedules efficiently.
Filter shift by specific state
By default, it is set to "All," displaying Shift from all states. Clicking on the dropdown reveals a list of States. Where You can Choose a specific Location to display Shifts only for the chosen State.
Participant / Staff View
You can view the schedule based on the Participant and staff perspective.
This toggle button allows users to switch between Participant View and Staff View.
- Participant View: The Participant View is designed to display shifts based on participants. Lists participants on the left panel and Displays assigned shifts on the right for each participant.
- Staff View: The Staff View focuses on the staff members and their assigned shifts. Lists staff members on the left panel. Displays assigned shifts for each staff member.
Jump to Specific date Range
You can click the Date box to select a specific day.
Note that you can cycle through subsequent and previous days, weeks, or fortnights based on your view with the prev and next button, next to the date selection box.
Switch Calendar View
The Scheduler defaults to the 3 Days view but allows you to switch to the Week or Fortnight Views. Click on the '3 Days View' box to open the dropdown menu and select your preferred layout.
Add Shift
Click on the + Button to create a new shift.
This will open a form where you can select participants, choose the service item, specify the shift date, start time, and end time, and allocate an employee to the shift that is needed to create an shift.
Statuses of shift
Shift status plays a crucial role in workforce management by indicating the current state of a scheduled shift.
