How to Register a Company?

A company signs up to Provisoft. During signup, a company is created and a company_admin user is created. This user will have all permissions.

Step 1: Sign Up

Firstly, you need to create a new account.

  • Sign up with your email address as company_admin.

  • A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the given field and press Activate to verify your account.

Step 2: Start the Process

Once the account is verified, click the Let’s Go button to begin the company registration process.

Step 3: Fill Personal Information

Provide your personal information such as name, contact details, and any required identification details.

  • After filling this section, press Business details (located at the right side below) to move forward.

Step 4: Fill Business Information

Enter your business information, such as:

  • Business name

  • Business type

  • Contact details of the business

  • After completing this, press Select Plan (right side below).

Step 5: Select the Plan

Choose the most suitable plan for your company registration.

  • Different plans may include different services or support levels.

  • Once selected, press Next Step to continue.

You will be asked if you need help with setup.(Setup Assistance Option)

  • If yes, press Add Setup for professional assistance.

  • If not, press No Thanks.

  • Review your selected plan details carefully and then press Looks Good to proceed.

Step 6: Review Information

Carefully review all the personal and business information you provided.

  • If everything is correct, press Looks Good to move forward.

Step 7: Review Terms and Conditions

Read through the terms and conditions.

  • If you agree, press Looks Good to proceed.

Step 8: Make Payment

Apply Coupon Code (Optional)

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the given field to receive a discount.

  • Once applied, press Proceed to Payment to continue.

Add your Stripe card details for payment.

  • After entering the required information, press Confirm and Pay.

  • The payment will be processed securely.

Step 9: Create Password

Once payment is successful, you will receive an email at the registered email address.

  • This email will contain a link to create your account password.

  • Click the link, enter your new password, and press Set Password.

Step 10: Login to Account

  • After setting the password, click on Go to Login Page.

  • Enter your email and password.

  • Press Sign in to Account.

 Congratulations! You are now successfully logged in to your company account.
