Archive / Unarchive Participant

Overview

Archiving and unarchiving participants in a system offer an efficient way to manage data. Organizations can reduce clutter, enhance system performance, and maintain compliance while keeping valuable historical data accessible when needed.

Archiving participants is useful when they leave an organization.

If participants return, they can be unarchived, restoring them in the user database with all their original information.

Note :

  1. To archive a Participant You will need to have Permission : Participant > Participant_User >> Archive : Yes
  2. To Unarchive Participant You will need to have Permission : Participant > Participant_User >> Unarchive : Yes

Archiving Participant

To archive a participant, navigate to the CRM > Participants View and use the filter option to locate the participant you want to archive. Click on the archive option next to the participant’s name. 

This will move the participant to the inactive status. 

Unarchive Clients

To unarchive a participant, navigate to CRM > Participants view and change the view to Inactive Status. This will display all the list of archived participants. 

Then, locate the participant you want to unarchive and click on the Unarchive icon next to the participant under Action Column.

Clicking a Unarchive icon a prompt will appear with the options to Cancel or Yes Unarchive. If you still wish to Unarchive the Participant then click >Yes Unarchive, if not then select Cancel.
