In Provisoft, we allow the same person to be an employee in one company and a company admin in another—or even hold different roles across multiple Companies.
Suppose you're part of multiple companies, the modules you can use aren’t the same across all companies. Instead, what you see and can access is based on the Plan chosen by the company you’re currently working with and the Role assigned to you within that company.
Our system ensures that employees linked to multiple companies can only access the modules available under the plan of the currently selected company & the Role assigned to you within that company. The platform dynamically adjusts the visible and accessible features based on the company the user is actively working with.
Suppose Sarah is a employee at Company A & Company B and used the same Email at both Companies.
At the Company login page Sarah will enter the Email that is used for registartion within the company.
Our System will automatically detect, Sarah is a Part of two different Companies then Sarah is redirected to the Company Selector Page.
Sarah will Select the Company see want to continue with and click on the Confirm.
This way Sarah will only sees and interacts with the modules and data for the company she Selected.
